A teenager made friend’s with a boy at her new school, and later, his father offer to pay her if she agree to date his son and attend school dances together.

At 15 years old, she began her new school journey in April of the previous year. With few familiar faces in her class, she found herself sitting alone at lunch with a 16-year-old who was also by himself at a nearby table.
After a short conversation with him, she discover his name was Kyle. He had a unique personality, which she found endearing.
She remember noticing his Space Camp t-shirt and asking him if he had a great time there.
“He’s deeply passionate about space and astronomy, so he eagerly share details about his experience at space camp and other relate topics. It was great for me because I didn’t need to contribute much to the conversation, and his enthusiasm made it an enjoyable exchange for both of us.”
Throughout the school year, she and Kyle enjoy lunch together nearly every day. They continue their friendship over the summer, and recently, she receive her first invitation to visit his home and explore his newly acquire telescope.
Excite to meet her new friend and spend time together, she visit his home and had an enjoyable experience. His parents were enthusiastic about meeting her and seem genuinely please that Kyle had a companion to share his time with.
As the day came to a close, Kyle’s father extend an offer to give her a ride home, which she agree to. That’s when unusual events began to unfold.
“While we were in the car, Kyle’s father start a conversation with me, expressing how much he appreciate our friendship. He also inquire if Kyle and I were seeing each other,” she recount.
I initially thought he was joking, so I laugh and decline. Things took a strange turn when he began persuading me to date Kyle, offering to cover all expenses for the homecoming formal plus a little extra.
